Sleeping in her own room

This past week, Ellie has not been sleeping too well, getting up at about 4 and generally being fussy through the night.

We decided to try putting her to sleep without her swaddle, during the day at first, and then at night.

It was working out pretty well and we decided that last night was the time to try and let her sleep in her own room. She must like it, because she slept better than any of the previous nights and slept a full 8 hours. So we’re making it permanent. No more sleeping in our room.

Hopefully those four nights of interrupted sleep were an anomaly and she goes back to sleeping really well, except now in her own crib/cot.
