We both feel strongly that kids toys shouldn’t be made of plastic, so Ellie’s toys are wooden: they last a lot longer, they aren’t toxic and they’re just nicer than their plastic counterparts. Thank goodness for Melissa & Doug!

Totally agree, I’ve only recently passed Max’s wooden toys on to another child to enjoy
