Ellie’s wagon

An American icon, the Radio Flyer wagon is a red cart that you can either pull your children around in or when they’re older, allow them to pull stuff around. They’re quite expensive these days, so when we saw a pimped-out “all-terrain” model at a thrift shop, we snapped it up.

Playing with uncle Tyler

Ellie’s uncle Tyler (actually her first cousin once removed) is now living near to us, so Ellie has been spending a lot of time with him. In fact, she’d much rather spend time with him than with us. She’s constantly asking for “Ti-luh!”.

She has taken to this new activity of sitting on people’s chests or sometimes their necks, so I fear that we’re going to have our hands very full as she grows up, especially with a brother on the way! Continue reading “Playing with uncle Tyler”

Ellie enjoying “The Snowman” [VIDEO]

Ellie doesn’t get to watch TV at all since we’re raising her in a “low media” environment. However, after doing a surprise Christmas in January for Martina, I decided that to make it really feel like Christmas, that we’d watch The Snowman together.
